calls, does not leave a message

Woman called and said that she was an officer with DOJ; department of justice and said that if I did not respond to her threats within three hours that I would be in big trouble. She called my home phone, my cell phone AND my work number.

Called me wanting my zip code and name already had my phone number and offered a cruse for 2 after answering 10 questions. It was a survey call

called my job, cell phone, and brother, left a message said her name was tina wilson and that her client filed a complaint in her office and she has a court summons that she will deliver to my job or my home if I don't reply ASAP!! I don't even know who this person is nor do I not what company says that I wrote a dishonored check!!! before I agree or willing to hear them out they need to give me more information on her client!! .... if any one knows who this is please reply ... THANKS!!

this number calls my cell phone, I answer and hear background noise, no one speaks - just hangs up after a few seconds

Have called several times but no one is on the other end and no message is left.
